The AI will only answer questions based on entries you add here. If the knowledge base is empty, the AI answers freely. Tip: organise entries by category.
Each client workflow comes from the csk tab in the Settings Sheet.
When someone asks about one of your areas of expertise and ELIE finds nothing in the knowledge base, the question is logged here automatically β whether ELIE answered from general knowledge or not. Off-topic questions are ignored. Use this list to see what knowledge is missing and add it to the knowledge base.
